Viewsonic Introduces Advanced Lamp-Free Projectors

ViewSonic provides advanced lamp-free projector solutions for an unbeatable audio-visual experience



6th March 2020: – ViewSonic Corp introduced the latest lamp-free projectors at ‘What Hi-Fi Show’ in Mumbai. These lamp-free projectors are equipped with the 2nd generation LED technology, especially designed for longevity, captivating the viewers with big pictures and better sound. Integrated with Harmon Kardon speakers, and built-in smart technologies, the projector comes with an excellent audio-visual quality for an unbeatable home entertainment experience. 

The ViewSonic X100-4K lamp-free installation projector was showcased for the first time for the Indian audience. With Amazon and Google Voice control compatibility the X100 4K is sleek and easy-to-install, packed with +60% vertical and +/- 25% horizontal wide lens shift this projector can be easily mounted on the ceiling in any living room or dedicated home theater. Images remain vivid and clear with the 2,900 lumens of brightness, Rec. 709 compatibility, and stunning 4K Ultra HD 3840 x 2160 resolution. Featuring built-in Harman Kardon speakers and projecting screen sizes up to 300”, this premium 4K projector delivers a cinematic experience perfect for movie buffs and home entertainment enthusiasts.

Along with showcasing the X100-4K projector, ViewSonic also launched M2, a portable LED smart projector as an addition to the M series family. The M2 projector is ideal for personal use especially because of it’s portability, it is super convenient to carry and is extremely user friendly. ViewSonic also launched the LS860WU, a laser projector which is equipped with the 2nd generation laser phosphor technology to provide a brighter and consistent image projection. This latest projector provides 20% more brightness than its predecessor.

The ViewSonic M2 portable LED projector makes sharing content, especially while on the go, super convenient. It comes with a wireless, screen mirroring feature that allows users to easily share their screen from a mobile device through the projector. The M2 also includes 16GB internal storage and allows users to easily share a variety of multimedia content via multiple connectivity options including HDMI 1.4, USB 2.0, USB-C, Audio Out and a MicroSD card reader. ViewSonic LS860WU

ViewSonic's LS860WU is an advanced 5,000 ANSI Lumens WUXGA short throw installation projector. Adopting 2nd generation laser phosphor technology, it offers high and consistent brightness for a reliable light source life of 20,000 hours. Short throw ratio, 1.1x optical zoom, wide lens shift, 360° projection and portrait mode together allow for amazing flexibility. In addition to inheriting excellent color performance, lamp-free design, and instant on/off switch from the previous generation, technology on the new generation improves around 20% of brightness, better heat-resistance, and a smaller module design, making the images consistent in ambient settings as well as increased reliability with a more compact size for extended use in various scenarios.
