ANUVIN ICT & AV CONSULTANTS PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVES AV SOLUTION FOR BHARAT SOKA GOKKAI (BSG)
In July 2020, Anuvin ICT deployed an exclusive design solution of ICT, AV, Security, and BMS at Bharat Soka Gokkai (BSG), a Buddhist house of worship. Headquartered in New Delhi, BSG is an Indian affiliate of the Soka Gakkai International (SGI), a global association that seeks to promote the value of peace and respect for all people. BSG has its membership spread over 600 towns and cities across India.
The Buddhist house of worship required an ELV-electrical low voltage design for all their ICT / AV / SECURITY / BMS & Lighting Controls / BMS to fulfill their tendering process requirement. BSG wanted to execute the project with ideal technical assistance, for which they selected Anuvin Consultants to provide a comprehensive solution.
To meet the demands of clients ICT-AV-CCTV-Automation Consultant, A.R. Chandrashekhar who is the Principal Consultant of Anuvin Consultants worked on a comprehensive AV architecture for the venue.
“Since the scope of work involved complete ELV design comprising of ICT, Data & Voice communication, Audiovisual solution, Network security & physical Security, Access control system, Server, storage and software solutions, Meeting room, board room, prayer hall, and auditorium AV & acoustic designs, collaboration, video conferencing and Worldwide telecast, the project is interesting. The client is not an ICT, AV tech organization but a reputed house of worship; hence we had to design a system for them that was very user-friendly and which required minimal technical support during events. The overall design should not be complicated but at the same time should meet all the requirements.” said, Chandrashekhar

Mr. Chandrashekhar had received a blueprint of the auditoriums and further visited the locations, to finalize the equipment and placement of the products that were to be installed for the project. He executed an intricate design solution in three auditoriums at BSG’s Delhi Headquarter office and their International Devotees gathering auditorium at NCR. The Auditoriums were equipped with a wide-ranging solution for Audio, Video, Collaboration & AV Control Solutions, Lighting Controls, recording, streaming & Broadcasting solutions.
Chandrashekhar commented, “We had to select the right product, with the right design, and right solution, we selected reputed OEMs with the best products, and most importantly the right system integrators to bring our design to reality. Overall it was a win-win situation for all of us.”
The systems integrators involved in the project included KDDI, ACTIS, and VTI who executed the ICT, AV and Broadcast integration respectively. Anuvin Consultants provided their expertise in recommending Major AV OEM’s such as Panasonic, LUTRON Lighting Controls, EXTRON & TOA for the project, which was completed in five months, satisfying the clients’ requirements.
